About
Photography has always been a passion of mine. However, it wasn’t until I became a mother, that I found the confidence to pursue it as a career. I found myself taking my children and husband out for photo field trips and for me; the creative process has really become a family affair. Often we collaborate on projects making our bond stronger and my photography more genuine.
I have discovered that I love photographing a range of subjects, including macro images of nature to staged photo stories. I have also recently realized of love of photographing children as well as architecture. Photography satisfies my balance of feeling energized and at peace – I know I am doing what I am meant to do. My passion and determination to create is apparent in my attention to detail and I appreciate who and/or what is around me.
In the most recent years of my career I have also incorporated some simple graphic design. My day job has allowed me the options of photography, graphic design, marketing and travel. I would love to expand on my opportunities, and knowledge of all of these fields.
I do most of my photography in the Southeast Michigan, however I will travel to do what I love.
